- Enter your email address and notice number in the fields above and select pay.
- To pay enter all information on the payment page accurately and select pay. You will receive a receipt for payment of your notice in email within minutes.
- To appeal a notice simply select the appeal link on the next page and follow the instructions.
To find your parking notice issuer please review your parking notice. An email, phone number, or other method for contacting them will be on the notice you received.

I Paid to Park
Provide your parking receipt from as confirmation of your payment. A valid receipt may consist of either an email confirmation from the payment provider or a screenshot of the payment transaction, and must contain the following four specific fields.
* License plate for vehicle displayed on receipt
* Location vehicle was parked
* Start date/time of the parking registration
* End date/time (expiration) of the parking registration.If you accidentally entered the plate with a small typo and there is not another vehicle with the plate on your receipt, we will review and may dismiss the notice.

I Have a Valid Permit
If you have a valid parking permit when the vehicle was parked on the property and received a notice, please provide the following (must include both):
* Copy of permit information (image/screen shot)
* Confirmation/proof of payment for the permit with date/permit information -
Why did I receive a Parking Charge Notice?
You received the notice because you or another operator of the vehicle registered to you recently parked at a private property location and did not register to park, registered after the grace period expired, have an expired parking registration/permit, are an unauthorized parker, or parked in an unauthorized area.

Are parking Charges Enforceable? What if I don’t pay the notice?
When a vehicle is not registered to park and is issued a Parking Charge Notice, the case will be pursued just like any other contractual agreement, including, but not limited to, referring your case to a collections or other legal process. Additionally, vehicles with unpaid charges are subject to third party parking enforcement such as booting and towing in accordance to posted regulations.

I received a letter in the mail
CPRS issues a parking charge based on the regulations posted on signs throughout the parking area. Subsequent violation letters are sent if payment is not received or if a violation has not been successfully disputed. A 2nd and 3rd notice will be sent in 30-day intervals. If a violation has not been paid or disputed by the 3rd notice, the violation fees will be released to a 3rd party debt collection agency.

What if I don’t pay the parking charge notice?
If a parking charge notice has not been paid or disputed, the violation fees may be released to a 3rd party debt collection agency. Additionally, the vehicle is subject to possible boot and/or tow by a parking enforcement company if parked on private property.

Dispute & Appeals Process
Customers have the ability to dispute their parking charge notice if they feel it was not valid. Most disputes will be reviewed within 7 business days depending on the information the vehicle owner / operator provided is accurate.
